Their responsibilities typically include  Strategy Development’This involves collaborating with senior leadership to understand hiring requirements and ensuring that recruitment aligns with long-term business objectives.  Team Leadership They manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, setting performance targets, and fostering a high-performing recruitment environment. This may include training staff, mentoring junior recruiters, and promoting best practices in talent acquisition. 

 

Thelma Bernard

Thelma Bernard works as the jnr Recruitment manager plays a supportive yet crucial role in the recruitment process of a company, typically focusing on operational aspects while learning to take on more strategic responsibilities.’Their main duties include: Sourcing Candidates, Screening and Shortlisting, Job Posting and Advertising, • Candidate Experience• Collaboration with Senior Recruiters: • Database and Record Keeping: • Onboarding Assistance: • Learning Compliance and Best Practices (EEO) laws and nondiscrimination policies. • Market Research and Competitor Analysis: They may assist in conducting research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies and ensure the company remains competitive.  

 

Rent Adina

Rent Adina was appointed C0O of BlueScope BioEnergy in October 2016. She has led BlueScope BioEnergy’s rapid global expansion, including investing in All sortof renewable form of energy which aids alot in our environment projects in North America and delivering innovative large-scale hybrid renewable microgrid projects in remote areas of Australia, enabling the effective transition from fossil fuels. He is keenly focused on safety, growth and diversification into new markets as BlueScope BioEnergy strives to be the leading global producer of sustainable distributed energy. 

 

Wolfgang SchMichael

Wolfgang SchMichael is the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) is responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and operations, ensuring that the firm meets its financial and performance goals.
Wolfgang has almost 20 years’ experience across investment, finance, corporate development and legal roles. He has been Team lead in almost all the projects done here, was also the General Manager in Strategy and Corporate Development at BlueScope BioEnergy and prior to that he had senior roles at various companies in Asia, Australia.
